Down 10.2 pounds. I had to work for it this week. I have increased my running now to 5 days per week. I am actually enjoying this. I am on week 3 of my couch to 5K. I have started to look at some 5ks to enter at the end of this year early next year.

Down 5.4 lbs. Yahoo!! That is a great start to my journey. I have really been watching close my calories making sure I am eating enough. I am eating between 1350 and 1400 calories per day. I have done some form of excercise everyday this week. I guess this is where I needed to start.

Starting over

I have wanted to lose weight for so long. I have started and never seemed to get much momentum. I need to change this. This is a journey that needs to be completed. I long to have energy and wear cute clothes. I want to not be embarrassed every time my picture is taken. I will finish what I am about to start. Now that I have been meatless for one year, I will start to expand on this and begin eating whole foods for nourishment. No more processed garbage. Let the fun begin!
