WIW-Wednesday



Starting weight-230.6 10/01/2013
Current weight-225.2 10/08/2013

Down 5.4 lbs. Yahoo!! That is a great start to my journey. I have really been watching close my calories making sure I am eating enough. I am eating between 1350 and 1400 calories per day. I have done some form of excercise everyday this week. I guess this is where I needed to start.
