WIW-Wednesday



Starting weight=230.6 10/01/2013
Current weight=220.2 10/23/2013

Down 10.2 pounds. I had to work for it this week. I have increased my running now to 5 days per week. I am actually enjoying this. I am on week 3 of my couch to 5K. I have started to look at some 5ks to enter at the end of this year early next year.
